You say they are not yours… but I say——YET.
There is someone standing between you and what you want. A third party, another person who has claimed space they were never supposed to occupy. Maybe it is the target's own wandering attention, distributed across possibilities that do not include you. Maybe it is a bond that should have ended and did not.
You are not here for halfway. You are not here for everything. You are here because you understand that desire without force is just sentiment, and sentiment does not move people.
The Rite of the Consuming Flame does not ask. It removes. It separates. It commands. By the time this working is complete, the path to your target will be clearing and cleared, their attention is collapsed onto you alone, and the targets who believed they had footing will find the ground beneath them gone.
This ritual removes rivals, Breaks up existing friendships/relationships, Breaks bonds between people.
SALLOS — Duke of Passionate Compulsion
19th Spirit of the Goetia. Duke commanding 30 legions, depicted riding a crocodile and crowned — a sovereign of desire, not its servant. Sallos does not inspire passing attraction. He installs obsession. His energy in this rite is the anchor: he turns the target's attention toward the petitioner and keeps it there with the weight of genuine compulsion. Where Sallos plants desire, it does not wander.
GREMORY — Duchess of Hidden Loves and Secrets
56th Spirit. Duchess commanding 26 legions, riding a camel, crowned as queen of hidden affections. Gremory's specific power is the revelation and manipulation of what a person desires in secret — what they want but will not say, what draws them even when they resist. In this rite, she is called to locate and activate the target's deepest attraction, bypassing conscious resistance and reaching the place where decisions are actually made. She also governs the dissolution of bonds the target holds with others by exposing the hollowness of those connections from within.
DANTALION — Prince of Minds and Thought-Forms
71st Spirit. Duke commanding 36 legions, appearing with many faces — because his dominion is the interior life of every person. Dantalion reads and alters thought. He knows what the target thinks, what they feel toward others, what images of other people occupy their mind. In this rite he is called for two distinct operations: first, to thin and dissolve the mental image of the rival or competitors in the target's mind, making them gray, vague, forgettable; and second, to and vivify the mental image of the petitioner until it crowds out all other presences. He is the mechanism of psychological domination.
ASMODEUS — King of Lust, Jealousy, and Destruction of Bonds
32nd Spirit. King of tremendous power, commanding 72 legions. Asmodeus governs lust, sexual obsession, the destruction of existing romantic and sexual connections, and the forced separation of bonded pairs. He is the heaviest force in this rite — called last, in the sealing phase, to collapse whatever bond the target holds with any rival and to place a condition of dissatisfaction and restlessness on those connections. Where Asmodeus operates on a bond, that bond becomes untenable. He does not merely weaken — he spoils.
This working operates across four sequential operations. Each is discrete and must be completed before moving to the next. The rite is designed to be performed across 9 consecutive nights for maximum accumulation.
OPERATION I — CLEARING THE FIELD (DANTALION)
Before desire can be redirected, the competition must be rendered invisible. Dantalion is called first to identify every person currently occupying mental and emotional space in the target's awareness — and to begin draining the color from those images. The rival does not disappear from the target's life immediately; they disappear from the target's interior landscape first. Memory of them becomes flat. Encounters with them feel hollow. Their presence generates no warmth.
OPERATION II — LOCATING AND OPENING THE TARGET (GREMORY)
With the rivals dimmed, Gremory is called to locate the specific quality in the target that can be captured — their secret desire, the thing they want that they believe they cannot have or do not deserve. Every person has this. Gremory exposes it and whispers the petitioner's name into it. The petitioner becomes associated with the fulfillment of what the target wants most deeply. This is not surface attraction. This is the installation of meaning.
OPERATION III — BINDING THE GAZE (SALLOS)
With the target opened, Sallos is called to lock their attention. A cord binding is performed, This cord is not meant to be cut; it is the permanent architecture of the compulsion. Sallos is asked to ensure the target's desire does not distribute, does not drift, does not dilute. Every romantic or sexual impulse the target experiences is to route through the petitioner. Others cease to register as options.
OPERATION IV — DESTROYING EXISTING BONDS (ASMODEUS)
The final and most forceful operation. Asmodeus is called to specifically address whatever bond the target currently holds with a rival, named or unnamed. Asmodeus is petitioned to inject dissatisfaction, restlessness, and revulsion into that bond. Arguments without cause. Coldness without explanation. A growing sense that the rival simply does not fit. The bond is not cut from outside, oh Nooo! It is corroded from within until the target themselves destroys it.
